Our special custom software runs on any Windows based system and connects over a secure encrypted link to our backup servers, keeping your business data completely private. The first time you schedule the software it takes a full backup of all your important data (if you data is large we can take a manual copy and store that on our servers to speed things up for you). It then remains and runs quietly in the background on your servers or PC's and each evening when your internet connection is idle, it backs up all of that days documents and data to update your offsite backup set. When the software finishes its nightly backup routine, it will send you a notification or a full report on it's successful backup completion. Even highly sensitive data can be carried over the internet thanks to our clever two layer encryption system. The first layer protects the link end to end (just like Internet Banking etc), while the second encrypts the data itself using the strong Blowfish algorithm encryption method which is world renowned for its security.
